In the last 20 years, I've worked in both big GM dealerships and smaller independent repair shops. This has prepared me for working on all makes and models, and personalizing customer service to your needs. I am ASE Master Certified and hold many GM certifications as well. As always, your questions are encouraged and I will be glad to show you any problems I find. I will always take the time to explain what is wrong so you may understand.
